1. Search the list of rentals for a home that matches your criteria.
2. Click on the listings to view more specific details for properties that interest you.
3. When you find a property that meets your needs, click on the "Apply to rent online!" button at the top of the detail view.
4. Carefully read the information at the beginning of the application process and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements for applying.
5. Complete the application - fields displayed in red are required fields and must be completed for your application to process successfully.
6. Read the Agreement and Acknowledgment at the end of the application process.
7. Proceed to payment screen to pay your application fee(s).
8. Be sure to complete all of the payment process steps.
9. Be sure to follow all instructions displayed after completing the payment process. After you have completed all instructions, your application will be received for processing.
